AND THEN THE BELOW CONDITIONS CAN BE CHECKED IN THOSE DOC FILES AND ERROR REPORTS CAN BE GENERATED:
? All the pages must be seprate files, i.e 800 pages will be 800 files.
? All formatting should be in inches (?).
? FILE : Page set up : Top-Bottom-Left-Right 0.25?& Gutter: 0.5?
Paper size A4, Layout: header/footer 0.7?
? Heading first ? Heading Style 1 ? Arial ? 16 ? Bold
? Heading second ? Heading Style 2 ? Arial ? 14 ? Bold & Italic.
? Heading third ? Heading Style 3 ? Arial ? 13 ? Bold & Italic. Use only in Header & Footer
? Heading position be maintain as per the image/pdf file and not justify.
? Heading Style Scale should be 90%.
? When you are using the heading style then format-font-kerning should be remove and paragraph-indention 0.1?, 0.1? and spacing should0.5?,0.5?. Line spacing should be exactly.
? Each and every new paragraph use indentation 0.3? and first alphabet subscript.
? Each and Every Numeric used Super Script & Sub Script respectively.
? Body text Normal- Arial- 10, justified & Scale should be 80%, indentation & spacing 0?, 0?.
Line spacing should be 1.5 line.
? For Equation ? insert object Microsoft Equation 3.0 and Scale 70%.(data entry )
? Give double space after full stop, question mark and exclamatory mark at anywhere
? Dot & Point should be used triple space.
? Before comma & after comma no space.
? Give one space after colon and semi colon.
? if Double hyphen or big hyphen found in line than use single space before and after hyphen.
? End of the paragraph used double line space.
? Zoom should be 95%.
? Remove red and green lines.
? Tab indent ? 0.15? without space.
? If found similar alphabets then expanded 0.3 pt. & Scale 30%.
? Press Enter key at the end of each line of the paragraph.
? Bracket and Inverted comma if at the start or end of the line than give single space before
and after.
? Snap Shot scale must be 60% and Line spacing should be double, alignment as per the
given in file (PDF).
? If found that paragraph of the page starts with tab then use superscript to first alphabets.
? Drop cap with 2 line should be given only to the first letter/alphebet of every new paragraph.
? Extra entry, extra tab & extra space should be removed.
? No space to be given to Continuation Dots.
