And Attendance Has Played the Vital Role And Will Continue to Play The Vital Role In the Universities. And there is Lot Of headache For The Authorities to Maintain The Data Of the Students Who are Present /Absent And They Fail To Give The Spontaneous Information To The Parents Of the Students When Absent Or Present As A result the Students Don’t fear Of Bunking The class. So To Fill This Gap We Have Made The Smart RFID Based Attendance SystemWe Have made The project By Using RFID Card. here You Can See the Video For Real Demonstration Of How The project Works.Now We have Used RFID Tags And Allotted Them To Students , Teachers And there is Also Fake ID Card Which Will be detected by The System. When the Student Will Swipe the Card The Unique ID Will Be Detected And the Attendance Will be Given To the Students . In This Case Teacher Will Have To Swipe The Authority Card At The End Of the Class So That The Late Comers Will Also Get The Attendance . When The Teacher Swipes the Card There Will Be Two Options1* To Check The Status Of the Attendance
2* To Send The Message To the Authority Or Parents
When The teacher Will Press S2 In the System The Message Will be Sent To the Authorised Person . We Can Enter Any Number And Many Numbers In The System To Whom Th Authority Wants The message To be Sent.
And When the Message is Sent The Data Will be Dynamically Shown On the LCD Of The Students Present And Absent And This Will Majorly Solve The Problem Of Attendance System With very Reasonable Amount To Spare. Lets Start making the project
